Step 1

1. For this dish, we will need cottage cheese or curd, eggs, flour, butter, sugar, and raisins. Often children don't like dairy products, so mothers find ways to make their little ones still eat cottage cheese and drink milk. My sister found a solution to get her child used to cottage cheese: this delicious cottage cheese pie became a real discovery.

Step 2

2. Beat the eggs with the cottage cheese until smooth.

Step 3

3. Our filling will be quite smooth. The main thing is to make sure there are no lumps. I usually take cream cheese without raisins and blend it right away in a blender, then beat it with a mixer until fluffy.

Step 4

4. Mix the melted butter with sugar. You can substitute it with margarine, but then the taste of the pie will be slightly different.

Step 5

5. The main thing is to make sure the sugar dissolves completely and there are no granules left. Add the flour and knead a firm dough.

Step 6

6. Take a baking dish and place the dough in it, leaving a small border around the edges.
- 7
Step 7

7. Pour the cottage cheese cream over the dough and sprinkle with topping (I make it simply: mix flour with butter to get crumbs).

Step 8

8. I also sprinkle raisins on top. Bake this pie for about 30 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 9

9. Serve the cottage cheese pie warm or cold, sliced into portions or as a whole pie. It has a very delicate flavor.
