Cheesecake in a multicooker
Description
Perfectly pairs with tea and coffee. The cottage cheese pie made in a multicooker turns out incredibly tender, like a delicious vanilla cloud. The pie's base complements it with caramel notes. Enjoy cooking! Serve with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Pass the cottage cheese through a sieve or blend it using a blender. It's best to use homemade cottage cheese that is not dry or sour. Mix it with sour cream (or homemade yogurt) and semolina using a mixer.

Step 2

For the pie base, pour oat flakes and 100 g of sugar onto a hot skillet. When the sugar melts, quickly stir and remove from heat. Grease the multicooker bowl with oil and pour the caramelized flakes into it.

Step 3

Separate the egg whites from the yolks. Beat 4 yolks with sugar and mix with the cottage cheese mixture. Beat the egg whites into a stable foam.

Step 4

Gently fold the whipped egg whites into the cheese mixture and spread it over the oat base in the multicooker bowl. Brush the surface of the mixture with the remaining yolk using a spatula. Set the "Baking" mode for 30 minutes with the lid closed. After the sound signal, do not open the lid for another 20–30 minutes. Run a spatula around the sides of the bowl and remove the cake using the steaming basket.
