Pie with cottage cheese and sorrel
Description
The pastry is easy and quick to make. For the pie base I suggest using puff pastry—this way we cut the preparation time many times over. We’ll make the combination of cottage cheese and sorrel sweet; for a pretty finish you can add various seeds: flax, sesame. You can even serve this pie to guests—I’m sure many will ask for seconds. The pastry is ready. Serve it at the table.
