By the way, using this recipe, you can also make pies with pears, apples, or peaches. Instead of coconut caramel, you can prepare a crumb topping from shortbread dough or caramel made with brown sugar.

Thoroughly mix softened butter (50 grams) with sugar (50 grams) in a bowl.

Then add the cottage cheese to the mixture.

Sift flour, starch, and baking powder into the cottage cheese mixture. Knead the dough—it may be sticky, so don't be surprised. Now mix not with a whisk, but with a spoon.
