Tuna and Leek Pie
Description
The pastry is simple and quick to prepare. I really love fish pies. This pie turns out quite large, so it can rightfully be called a family-sized pie. You can use onion here, but I prefer leek. It's very tender and sweet, with a milder flavor than regular onion. This makes dishes with leek delicate and delicious. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions

Step 1

To make the pie, you can use any yeast dough. I have a rich, sweet variety, but I can say that pizza dough works perfectly well for this pie. So, dust the dough with flour and roll it out into a flat sheet.

Step 2

Place the dough into a baking pan in an even layer. Silicone molds do not necessarily need to be greased.
- 3
Step 3

Slice the leek into thin rings. Now we need to sauté it in vegetable oil until golden.
- 4
Step 4

Open the can of tuna. If your tuna is in chunks, mash it with a fork. Place the leek on the dough. On top of it, place the fish filling (tuna).
- 5
Step 5

Beat the eggs with milk. Add salt and ground black pepper. Pour the resulting mixture over the filling. Grate the hard cheese. Place it on top of the pie.
- 6
Step 6

Bake the pie in the oven at 180 degrees. Preheat the oven beforehand. The pie will bake for about 25-30 minutes.
