Description
This custard-topped pike perch pie comes together easily and cooks in a reasonable amount of time. It turns out tender, juicy, and very tasty. Anyone who likes fish will really enjoy this bake. It pairs well with tea, broths, first courses (soups), and as an appetizer. Serve chilled or lightly warm.

Prepare the ingredients for making a pie with zander.
