Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the listed ingredients. Choose salted mushrooms to your taste; it is preferable not to use butter mushrooms.
- 2
Step 2

Crack the chicken eggs into a deep bowl and add sour cream, salt, and ground pepper. Whisk thoroughly, then add water. Whisk again.
- 3
Step 3

Pour in the vegetable oil, mix, then gradually add top-grade wheat flour and baking powder. Stir them into the mixture.
- 4
Step 4

Cut the salted mushrooms into small pieces and leave them on the cutting board for 5 minutes so the brine drains out. Then squeeze them well and add to the dough together with finely chopped green onions. You can also add other chopped fresh herbs: parsley, dill, etc.

Step 5

Preheat the oven to 180°C and grease the baking tin with vegetable oil, including the sides. Spoon the prepared dough into the tin and bake in the oven.

Step 6

Bake the pie for about 40 minutes until golden brown, then cool for another 5 minutes after removing the pan from the oven and turning it on its side.

Step 7

Cut the pie into serving-sized pieces and serve warm or cold. Enjoy your meal!
