Delicious baked treat for the whole family. I've been eyeing chocolate chips for a while, and finally decided to make something with them. So, here's an incredibly tasty cake with chocolate "drops." This is how I serve it at home to my family—with ice cream and chocolate topping. The amazing combination of sweet, cool ice cream and the pleasant bitterness of chocolate will win you over. 1. Place the butter and two types of sugar into the food processor bowl and start beating. Gradually add the sugar and beat until smooth and homogeneous.

2. When the buttercream becomes smooth, add the vanilla extract and eggs. Beat the mixture at low speed so the butter doesn't release water.

3. In a separate bowl, mix the dry ingredients: sift the flour, add salt, baking soda, instant coffee, and whisk until well combined.

4. Gradually add the dry mixture to the butter mixture to obtain a uniform dough. Then, in the final step of preparation, add the chocolate "chips." Mix well.
