Instructions

Step 1

Wash the hearts thoroughly, dry them, and cut into large pieces.
- 2
Step 2

Place in the multicooker bowl, add oil and fry until golden brown. Add chopped onion and fry until golden. Pour in half a cup of boiling water and simmer for about half an hour until tender. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let cool.
- 3
Step 3

In pulse mode, use a blender to chop the stewed heart into coarse crumbs.
- 4
Step 4

Mix with finely chopped onion, garlic, and wild garlic. The filling is ready.
- 5
Step 5

For the dough, sift the flour with bran into the bowl of a food processor, add salt and baking powder. Add the clarified butter and lard. Pulse until mixture resembles crumbs.
- 6
Step 6

Add sour cream and egg.
- 7
Step 7

Knead until the dough comes together into a ball. Wrap in plastic and refrigerate for about 20 minutes.
- 8
Step 8

Roll out half of the dough into a circular layer about one centimeter thick. Place it into the pan, lifting the edges to form a rim.
- 9
Step 9

Place the filling on top and fold the excess edges over it. Brush the edges with egg.
- 10
Step 10

Roll out the second half of the dough to fit the size of the pan. Make several slits, then transfer the dough onto the pie.
- 11
Step 11

Seal the edges well and brush the pie with egg.
- 12
Step 12

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Remove the pie onto a wire rack and let it cool slightly.
- 13
Step 13

Serve the pie warm. Cold pie is also delicious.
