Celery pie
Description
Making a celery pie is very easy, and you are sure to like the result. The dough comes out tender and slightly crumbly, and it pairs beautifully with a juicy filling. By the way, you can experiment freely with the filling—the dough is versatile and suits almost anything: minced meat, mushrooms, cottage cheese, vegetables, spinach, and so on. The pie turns out fairly small, so if you are expecting a large crowd, feel free to double the quantities of the ingredients. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
