Fish and onion pie
Description
Perfect for serving with tea and coffee. A simple pie recipe. If you omit the egg from the dough and add mayonnaise to the filling, the pie will be suitable for fasting. You can use store-bought dough or make your own (non-yeast-raised dough). The filling can vary, but in this case, it's sautéed onion and fillet of sea fish.
