
Rowan Berry Pie
Description
The baking is simple and quick. Just look at how appetizing this cake turns out. And its flavor is simply indescribable! I should note that I have made pies with the same dough many times, but I experimented with fruit fillings, adding apples with pears, plums, apricots, and various berries. Of course, it was tasty, but this version exceeded all my expectations. Rowan berries fit perfectly into this pie, making it exclusive and festive. Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Rinse the rowan berries thoroughly under running water and drain them in a colander to remove excess liquid.

Start preparing the dough. Dissolve the baking soda in kefir, stir and let it sit for 5 minutes.

Add sugar and eggs to the kefir, and mix.

Melt the margarine in a double boiler, pour the resulting liquid into the dough. Mix everything well again.

Add half a cup of flour, stir well. The batter should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.

Add the rowan berries to the prepared dough and stir until the berries are evenly distributed throughout the dough.

Transfer the dough to a baking dish.

Put the pan in the oven for 30 minutes (temperature — 180 °C).
