Description
The pastry is prepared simply and quickly. The pie has a crumbly texture, so before removing it from the multicooker bowl, it is very important to cool it well. Follow the recipe and the result will please you. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Put the flour into a bowl, add salt and leavening powder. Stir.

Grate the partially frozen butter into flour. To make the butter grate better, dip it in flour.

Mix the flour with the butter, rubbing it between your hands. It should turn into a crumb.

Grease the multicooker bowl generously with oil. Visually split the buttery‑flour crumbs into two parts. Sprinkle one part into the multicooker bowl and lightly press it down.

Sprinkle the jam with the second portion of the crumbs. Place the bowl in the multicooker. Set the “Bake” mode for 45 minutes. After the time has elapsed, repeat the “Bake” mode for another 30 minutes.

When the time is up, turn off the multicooker. Leave it with the lid open until completely cooled. After that, the pie can be removed using a spatula.
