Pie with filling
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. Our pie is based on store-bought puff pastry, and we'll use canned peaches as the filling. As you can see, the charm of this dessert is that there's no need to peel, chop, or mix anything. The pie will be ready in about 40 minutes, making it very convenient to prepare for unexpected guests. I highly recommend serving it warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.
Instructions

Step 1

Before starting to prepare the pie, be sure to defrost the dough. Take the baking dish you will use for baking. Grease it with oil. Place 1 sheet of dough into it. Carefully spread it out evenly over the dish.

Step 2

Drain the peaches, removing the liquid they were stored in, and place them in a container. Add cinnamon, salt, sugar, and cornstarch. Mix well, then carefully spread over the dough.

Step 3

Cover the filling with the second sheet of dough. Carefully seal the edges. Make a few small longitudinal slits on top to allow steam to escape. I also gave my pie this simple decoration :)

Step 4

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 15 minutes. Then reduce the oven temperature to 160 degrees and continue baking for another 25–30 minutes.
