Meat pie (can't get any easier!)
Description
The baking is simple and quick. This easy pour-over meat pie is incredibly easy to make. I've never seen an easier dough. It's made from ingredients you'll always find in your refrigerator, and if not, you can easily get them at the nearest store. As a filling, you can use not only minced meat, but also any vegetables, potatoes, or fish. Feel free to experiment and discover your favorite variations. For now, take a look at my recipe. Serve it cooled down or slightly warm.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Peel the onion and pass it through the meat grinder together with the meat.
- 2
Step 2

Dissolve the baking soda in the kefir, mix everything and let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
- 3
Step 3

When small bubbles appear, add the eggs, salt (to taste), and flour. Mix the resulting batter thoroughly with a whisk.
- 4
Step 4

Season the ground meat with salt and pepper to taste, place it in a frying pan, and fry until fully cooked. While frying, frequently stir the meat with a spatula to keep it crumbly and prevent it from turning into one large patty.
- 5
Step 5

Grease the baking pan with oil or fat. Pour half of the batter into it, add the filling, then evenly spread the remaining batter on top. Bake the pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.

Step 6

The baked pie will turn out quite high with a beautiful golden crust. Let it cool slightly—then you can slice it. This pie is especially delicious served warm.
