Meat and Potato Pie in a Multicooker
Description
If you've already experienced all the joys of baking with modern kitchen appliances, I highly recommend checking out this awesome option. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1
First, prepare the dough. Cut the cold butter into cubes, combine with the sifted flour and salt. Rub everything together into a uniform crumb.
- 2
Step 2
Beat the egg, add kefir and baking soda. Knead a soft, non-sticky dough. Wrap it in plastic wrap (a bag) and refrigerate for half an hour to an hour.
- 3
Step 3
To prepare the filling, chop the onion and cut the potatoes and meat into cubes. Place everything into a deep bowl.
- 4
Step 4
Add salt and pepper to taste, mix well.
- 5
Step 5
Thoroughly grease the multicooker bowl with vegetable oil. Divide the dough into 2 parts and roll out each part.
- 6
Step 6
Place one layer of dough, forming the edges. Prick with a fork. Spread the filling in an even layer.
- 7
Step 7
For juiciness, you can add finely chopped butter on top. Cover with the second layer of dough and carefully seal the edges.
- 8
Step 8
Brush the top of the pie with beaten egg yolk and, if desired, sprinkle with sesame seeds.
- 9
Step 9
Set the Baking program for 90 minutes. After that, carefully flip the cake (it's convenient to use the steaming tray for this) and bake for another 15–20 minutes to brown the other side.
