Mango pie
Description
From my own experience I can say that mango pie made using this recipe with photos is best served completely cold—that is, put the finished pie in the refrigerator for a couple of hours and only then serve it. It goes well with tea and coffee. It turns out not too sweet, but a little tangy even—mango, after all. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

Step 5

Remove the crust from the freezer and bake it (without filling) for 10 minutes at 170 degrees. Then take out the crust and pour the fruit mixture over it, having mixed heavy cream into the fruit mixture beforehand. Bake for another 30 minutes at 170 degrees.
