Simple Raspberry Pie
Description
A wonderful option for a family tea time or afternoon snack at home. It's best to use raspberries from your own garden, picked in dry weather, as the berries should not be washed. But if you're unsure about the quality of the berries, place them in a colander and gently rinse under cold water without stirring. Let all the water drain completely, as we don't need any excess moisture.
