Raspberry pie with sour milk
Description
You can make this pie year-round with fresh or frozen raspberries. Add frozen berries without thawing, mixed with starch, so the pie does not turn out soggy from the liquid they release. The starch will bind the juice and the pie will be light and airy. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
