Onion and egg pie
Description
The pie base is made from puff pastry, and you can fill it with just about anything. You can use any greens, including dried herbs. The pastry can be homemade or store-bought—this isn't crucial for the recipe. The pie should be served only after it has cooled down, so the filling holds well, but that will be difficult since it smells so delicious throughout the house. The baked pie is ready. Serve it at the table.

Step 4
Roll out the second layer of dough, place it over the filling, and seal the edges. Mix the yolk with water and brush the top. Using a sharp knife, make deep cuts.
