
Pie with onions and corn chips

Using any convenient method for you, turn the corn chips into crumbs, but not too fine. You will need 1 cup of prepared crumbs.

Take 1 egg and separate the white from the yolk.

Add 1 egg white and 4 tbsp of olive oil to one cup of chip crumbs and mix thoroughly.

Grease a baking dish with a thin layer of olive oil, spread the corn mixture in an even layer, and shape the edges. Bake the pie base for about 5 minutes at 190 degrees.

Slice the onion thinly into half-rings and fry in 2 tbsp of hot olive oil until light brown.
