
Pie with chanterelles and potatoes
Description
When preparing the dough, add starch and cottage cheese. If the dough is too thick, thin it with milk. The baked goods are ready. Serve at the table.

1. For the filling: clean the mushrooms, wash them in cold water, and dry on a towel. Cut large mushrooms into quarters, leave small ones whole. Finely chop the onion. Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes.

2. Melt the butter in a heavy saucepan, sauté the onion slightly in the butter, then add the potatoes. Cook the potatoes for about three minutes, stirring. Pour in water, add mushrooms, and season with salt. Continue simmering, stirring occasionally, until fully cooked. Remove the saucepan from heat and let the filling cool.

3. Mix the baking powder into the flour. In a bowl, combine the eggs with mayonnaise and cottage cheese, and season with salt.

4. Add the flour and knead a soft dough. To prevent the dough from becoming too thick, add milk.
