Wash the lemon and cut it into pieces, removing the seeds. Then blend it into a pulp using a blender.

Make the dough by mixing flour with eggs, baking soda (activated with vinegar), soft butter, and sugar.

Mix the lemon with the dough into a uniform consistency.

Bake the pie in the multicooker using the "Baking" mode for 1 hour. You can add cream.
