Lemon Pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Airy lemon cakes are usually made with white wheat flour to achieve a delicate color, but you can use whole grain flour or a combination of both types, as in my version. Adjust the amount of flour as you go—perhaps you'll need 200 or 220 grams. The dough should be fluid, yet sufficiently thick. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
