Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Prepare the ingredients listed. Sour cream can be replaced with thick kefir or ryazhenka (fermented baked milk).
- 2
Step 2

Crack the chicken eggs into the bowl of a food processor or mixer, add salt, and beat everything for 3–4 minutes until light and foamy.
- 3
Step 3

Fold sour cream (any fat content) into the whipped mixture and add high-grade wheat flour and baking powder. Fold them in; do not beat.
- 4
Step 4

Rinse the cilantro and pat dry with a paper towel. Chop it not too finely and fold into the dough. Preheat the oven to 180°C. You can add a couple of pressed garlic cloves—the pie will be wonderfully aromatic.
- 5
Step 5

Grease the pan with vegetable oil, add the dough, and smooth the surface slightly. Place the pan in the oven on the middle rack.
- 6
Step 6

Bake the pie for 25–30 minutes, making sure the bottom does not burn.
- 7
Step 7

Let cool slightly, then remove from the pan and serve. When serving, cut into portion-sized pieces.
