Potato and Onion Pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The dough can be made with kefir, sour cream, or soured milk. For the filling I recommend adding a lightly fried onion so it doesn't release excess moisture or become bitter. This is an excellent snack or accompaniment to a main dish. It can be served with tea or coffee.
