Potato and meat pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. These pies can be frozen in advance using two methods. Without pre-baking: wrap the prepared pies in foil and freeze. Before baking, remove the foil, place the frozen pie in an oven preheated to 200°C, and bake for 25 minutes, then reduce the temperature to 175°C and continue baking until golden brown. Alternatively, pre-bake the pies for 25 minutes at 200°C, let them cool, wrap in foil, and then freeze. Before serving, remove the foil and bake the pie for 30–40 minutes until fully heated through. Serve with tea or coffee.
