
Potato Puree Pie
Description
If you have leftover mashed potatoes from yesterday's celebration and no one wants to eat them, bake a delicious pie that all your family members will enjoy. This pie can replace dinner, and for lunch, you can serve it with a salad, sauce, or meat. You can even serve it with tea or coffee.

Melt the butter or margarine and let it cool.

Mix sour cream, salt, and one egg until smooth.

Add the melted butter and baking soda, activated with vinegar.

And, adding flour in small portions, knead a smooth and elastic dough. It should not stick to your hands.

Roll out the dough into a sheet about 7-8 mm thick. Lightly grease the pan with oil and place the dough sheet inside, forming the edges.

Add egg to the mashed potatoes and blend until well mixed using a blender. You can add aromatic dried spices.

Spread the mashed filling evenly over the dough. You can decorate the top of the pie with leftover dough pieces.

Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes. Slice the pie when it has cooled down!
