The kefir dough turns out fluffy and rises well in the oven. Serve warm or chilled. Ideal with tea.

    1. I suggest making an excellent and quick cabbage pie with a kefir-based batter, ready in no time. You can use any ingredients for the filling: meat, chicken, mushrooms, vegetables, etc. I decided to make a pie with cabbage, herbs, and cheese.
