
Cabbage pie with kefir batter

1. I suggest making an excellent and quick cabbage pie with a kefir-based batter, ready in no time. You can use any ingredients for the filling: meat, chicken, mushrooms, vegetables, etc. I decided to make a pie with cabbage, herbs, and cheese.

2. Sift the flour, add baking powder to it. Mix everything thoroughly.

3. Add vegetable oil and kefir. Start kneading the dough (you can use a regular spoon or a whisk).
