Cabbage pie with cottage cheese dough
Description
Perfect with tea and coffee. As a filling, I used leftover cabbage from last night's dinner, stewed with onions. I prepared a cottage cheese dough and divided it into two equal parts. I rolled each part into a thin layer. On one part of the dough, place the filling, cover with the second part, and shape into a pie. Brush the top with egg yolk. Bake the pie in the oven for 25 minutes, or until done. Good luck! Serve cooled or slightly warm.
