Halibut Pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. Here's a simple flounder pie recipe for your attention. For the filling, I used boiled flounder fillet and cooked rice, along with sautéed onions. The pie turns out very fluffy and delicious. The dough bakes perfectly in the oven. I hope you won't have any difficulties! Good luck. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Add sugar, salt, margarine, and vegetable oil to the boiling water. Mix thoroughly.
- 2
Step 2

Sift the flour and mix it with a spoon. Then incorporate two eggs.
- 3
Step 3

Mix a little more flour with the yeast and add it to the container. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place (covered with a towel).
- 4
Step 4

When the dough has risen, it needs to be thoroughly kneaded down.
- 5
Step 5

Prepare the filling. To do this, sauté the onion in a pan, then let it cool and mix with boiled fish fillet and cooked rice.
- 6
Step 6

Roll out one-third of the dough into a sheet that fits into the baking pan. Place the filling on top.
- 7
Step 7

Now shape the top layer of the pie from the dough to cover the filling. You can make a braid from the leftover dough and attach it around the edges of the pie.
- 8
Step 8

Bake the pie in an oven preheated to 180 degrees. Approximately 40-45 minutes.
- 9
Step 9

Remove from the oven and serve warm or cooled.
