Description
Homemade pastry for tea. The finished pie with pear filling turns out quite high (it rises during baking due to baking soda). In appearance, this pie resembles a large vatrushka. Cottage cheese is included not only in the dough but also in the filling. Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.

1. Pears go very well with this dough. If you want a crunchy pie, choose a firmer pear variety. Soft varieties also work great.
