
Pear and chocolate pie
Description
It will be perfect with tea and coffee. The pie can be made either in a multicooker or in the oven. If you don't have chocolate chips on hand, you can grate dark chocolate on a coarse grater and use it. It can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare all the ingredients, including flour, baking powder, vanilla, and salt.

Whisk the vegetable oil and one egg with a mixer on high speed until a white, fluffy mass forms.

Beat the remaining eggs with sugar and vanilla for 4–5 minutes.

Combine the two egg mixtures and stir with a spatula or mixer on low speed. Combine the flour with the leavening agent and sift. Then gently fold the mixture into the batter with a spatula using motions from bottom to top.

Wash the pears and peel them, removing the skin and core. Cut them into small cubes, and fold them into the dough together with chocolate chips.

Grease the multicooker cup or a 22–24 cm baking pan with vegetable oil, then pour in the batter. In the multicooker bake on the “Bake” setting for 60–65 minutes. In the oven — 40–45 minutes at 180 °C. Check the cake with a wooden skewer.

The pie is ready! Let it stand in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then carefully turn it onto a plate. It turns out very tender and tasty, both warm and cold. Invite everyone for tea with fresh mint.
