Pear and Lingonberry Pie

Description

Homemade pastries for tea. You can use either large or small pears for the pie; the main thing is that they are ripe and firm. You can use absolutely any nuts, to your taste. If your dough is white but you really want it yellow, add a little saffron or turmeric. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

    Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making pear and lingonberry pie. Wash and dry the pears. Sort through the lingonberries, removing any twigs, rinse them, and pat them dry.

    Put the lingonberries, powdered sugar, and starch into a bowl.

    Chop the nuts and add them to the bowl with lingonberries.

    Mix everything together, crushing the lingonberries slightly so that you get a mixture that does not crumble.

    Cut the pears in half, remove the cores and stems.

    Beat the eggs with sugar using a mixer until fluffy. I use farm-fresh eggs, so the mixture turned out this yellow.

    Grease a 24-centimeter baking pan with butter and dust it with flour. Pour the batter into it and smooth it out.
