
Pear and Ricotta Pie
Description
Homemade baked goods for tea. The cake turns out very soft due to the addition of ricotta. You can buy ready-made ricotta, although it can be well substituted in baking with fresh homemade cottage cheese. Don't be lazy—make both the cottage cheese and this wonderful cake at home. It will be perfect for breakfast, tea, or coffee. The baking is ready. Serve at the table.

1. Wash the pears, peel them, remove the cores, and cut into small pieces.

2. Add ground cinnamon and rum to the pears, mix well.

3. In a second bowl, place the eggs with sugar.

4. Beat the eggs and sugar until the mixture becomes light and fluffy.

5. Add sunflower oil, cottage cheese, pears, and cornstarch. Mix well.
