Mushroom pie in a multicooker
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I recommend trying this mushroom pie using exactly this recipe. I guarantee you won't regret it, as it turns out very tender and delicious. It's best to use button mushrooms, but oyster mushrooms will also work. Serve with tea or coffee.

Step 1

1. To make a mushroom pie in a multicooker at home, you will need simple and easily available ingredients. I really enjoy treating my loved ones to such a pie with a surprise.

Step 2

2. Slice the onion and mushrooms, then sauté them in vegetable oil. Add spices to taste.

Step 3

3. Next comes the crucial step – the dough. Beat the chicken eggs with sour cream and mayonnaise. Then add salt, baking powder, and flour. Knead the dough thoroughly, but keep in mind that it should be slightly thicker than pancake batter.

Step 4

4. Now sprinkle the multicooker container with sesame seeds, then place the dough as the first layer, followed by the sautéed mushrooms with onions, and "close" everything with another layer of dough. I selected the "baking" mode, and my pie cooked for about 45 minutes.

Step 5

5. After turning off the program, let the pie stand for another 20 minutes in the steaming container. The pie can be served hot or cold.
