Pie with mushrooms, sour cream, and cheese
Description
The recipe won't take much time. As I already mentioned in the short description, a pie with mushrooms, sour cream and cheese is a rustic dish, and therefore very simple. The whole preparation comes down to placing the filling on rolled-out puff pastry, putting it all in the oven - and it's done :) The pie turns out quite juicy and moist, because chanterelles mostly consist of water, which evaporates in the oven and makes the pie incredibly delicious. Give it a try, you'll definitely love it :) Good luck. It can be served with tea or coffee.
Instructions

Step 1

Roll out the puff pastry on a baking sheet lightly greased with olive oil. Prick it with a fork.

Step 2

Thoroughly rinse the chanterelles to remove any small debris and dirt. Leave the small chanterelles as they are, and cut the large ones in half. Slice the onion into thin half-rings.

Step 3

Mix the washed chanterelles, chopped onion, sour cream, grated cheese, and spices. Spread onto the dough, leaving 2–3 cm at the edges.
