Homemade baked goods for tea. I found this simple recipe for a pie with mushrooms and eggs on a TV show. I have to say, I often had problems with dough, but this time it rose and kneaded perfectly, just as it should. Of course, this is thanks to my bread machine, but if you don't have one, just read up on how to properly make yeast dough. I wish you good luck cooking this super-tasty pie. Serve it with tea or coffee.

    1. Make the dough from mashed potatoes, yeast, butter, salt, flour, egg, and milk (50 ml). I do this in a bread machine using the "Pizza" setting.

    2. Meanwhile, sauté the mushrooms with the onion in vegetable oil. Add salt to taste.

    3. For the filling, mix three eggs, milk, and grated cheese until smooth. Add spices to taste.
