Mushroom pie without yeast
Description
Delicious baked dish for the whole family. This is a very simple pie recipe, but you can add other ingredients to the filling according to your taste. 1. First, melt the butter in a skillet. 2. Meanwhile, wash the mushrooms, pat them dry, and slice thinly. 3. Add them to the skillet and sauté for a couple of minutes. 4. In parallel, wash and dry the spinach. You can use onions or other vegetables, but spinach will make the pie especially tender and fresh. 5. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook for about 5–7 minutes until soft. Season lightly with salt and pepper, and add your favorite spices to taste, if desired. 6. Roll out the dough thinly. You can use homemade yeast-free or puff pastry. 7. Place the filling in the center, then fold the edges slightly to prevent leakage during baking. 8. Bake the pie in the oven for 15–20 minutes. 9. Let it cool slightly, then slice and serve. If desired, sprinkle a pinch of cheese on top during baking. The baked dish is ready. Serve and enjoy.
