Mushroom pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. I use filo pastry for the pie, which is similar to puff pastry but much thinner. I think it can be replaced with puff or yeast dough. Besides mushrooms, I also use cheese (feta), which adds a pleasant creamy flavor. You can add herbs, chicken meat, or other ingredients. Let the baked pie cool before serving. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Peel the onion and cut it into cubes, then peel the garlic and mince it. Peel and wash the mushrooms, then chop them coarsely.

Step 2
In a skillet, heat the olive oil and add the onion; sauté for 10–12 minutes.

Step 3
Place the mushrooms in a skillet and stir; cook until the moisture evaporates, then add the garlic.

Wash and finely chop all the herbs. Remove the pan from heat, season with salt to taste, then add the herbs and cheese, and mix well.

Step 5
Grease the baking dish with olive oil and place 7 sheets of dough in it, spreading them evenly across the dish, brushing each sheet with olive oil.

Step 6
Place the filling on the dough, then add the remaining sheets, don't forget to brush them with butter.

Step 7
Using a knife, make several deep punctures all the way to the bottom, then place the pie in a preheated oven at 190 degrees for 40 minutes.

Step 8
Remove the finished cake from the oven and let it cool at room temperature for about 15 minutes, then slice into pieces and serve.
