
Pie with fruit and berries
Description
The bake is easy and quick to make. For the pie you can use any fresh berries and fruit. I used seedless grapes, kiwi, pear, and strawberry. Frozen fruit does not work very well for this recipe, because it releases a lot of juice and the pie can turn out soggy. For this amount of dough, a 20×20 cm or 27×12 cm pan works well. Serve cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare all the ingredients you need for a fruit and berry pie. Wash the berries and fruit and pat them dry. Take the butter out in advance so it softens.

Place soft butter, sugar, and vanilla sugar in a bowl and beat until pale. Add the eggs and egg yolk to the mixture. Beat everything until smooth and even.

Pour in the warm milk and whisk slowly.
