Homemade baked goods for tea. To slightly mellow the flavor, you can mix the tarragon with other greens (spinach, cilantro, green onion, or even parsley). The dough turns out grainy and very tasty. This pie makes an excellent addition to lunch or afternoon meals. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
