
Prune and sour cream pie
Description
Homemade pastry for tea. To make the cake taste delightful, try rolling the dough thinner. There is no need to soak the prunes beforehand; during baking they will steam in the cake. By following the recipe, the tips, and taking into account the specifics of your oven, the cake will surely please you. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

Grate the cold butter and mix it with the flour into crumbs.

Add cold water. Knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in cling film and place it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

Prepare the glaze. Mix sour cream with sugar.

Prepare the filling. Cut the prunes into thin strips and mix with crushed nuts.

After the time has passed, remove the dough from the refrigerator. Take a round pan with a diameter of 22–26 cm. If necessary, grease it with butter. Spread the dough in the pan. Roll it out with your hands as thin as possible. The baking time depends on the thickness of the dough. Make punctures with a fork.

Place parchment paper on the dough and sprinkle beans or chickpeas on top. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Put the pan with the dough into the oven and bake for 15–20 minutes, until the edges of the dough are lightly browned.

When the time is up, remove the pan and spoon the prepared filling into it.

Top with sour cream and sugar. Place back in the oven and bake for another 30–40 minutes at 180 °C.
