Garlic chive pie
Description
Delicious baked treat for the whole family. Wild garlic has a distinct aroma. But with my recipe, wild garlic takes on a wonderful tomato flavor. This pie never stays on our table for long—kids enjoy it plain or with tea. And it's ready in just minutes. Try it! Serve warm or chilled. Perfect with tea.
Instructions
- 1
Step 1

Rinse the wild garlic thoroughly under running water, dry it, and chop into small pieces. Fry in a pan with oil for 1-2 minutes, then add onion cut into half-rings.
- 2
Step 2

When the onion becomes soft, add the tomato paste and soy sauce, mix well and simmer for another 2 minutes.

Step 3

In a separate container, grate the cheese on a grater and finely chop the herbs.

Step 4

Cut the lavash sheets into 4 pieces according to the size of your baking dish. Line the dish with the first piece of lavash, then spread half of the garlic greens with tomato over it.

Step 5

On top, cover with a second sheet of lavash and spread half of the cheese with herbs on it. Continue in this manner, using all the lavash sheets and all the filling.

Step 6

Place the pie in a preheated oven and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
