Description

The baking is simple and quick. This incredibly easy lingonberry cake recipe for a multicooker is suitable not only for tea time or a Sunday breakfast, but also for a festive table. 1. First, beat the eggs until white in color. You can add a pinch of salt. 2. Gradually add sugar in several portions, making sure it dissolves completely. Optionally, add a pinch of vanilla or cinnamon. 3. When the sugar and eggs are thoroughly beaten, gradually sift in the flour. Do this slowly to avoid lumps. 4. A few words about the berries. You can prepare a lingonberry cake in a multicooker at home not only with fresh berries, but also with canned or frozen ones. In the first case, adjust the amount of sugar according to the sweetness of the preserves. Frozen berries should be added directly into the batter without thawing to prevent them from leaking and losing their shape. 5. Once the batter is ready, generously grease the multicooker bowl with butter. Optionally, sprinkle with semolina. 6. Pour the batter into the bowl and place the berries on top. 7. Set the multicooker to Bake mode for 55–65 minutes. Serve the finished cake dusted with cocoa powder or powdered sugar, and optionally decorate with additional berries.
