Description

Delicious pastry for the whole family. Making a meringue and red currant pie won't take much of your time, but the result will pleasantly surprise you with its incredible taste. Since the pie looks very attractive when sliced, you can confidently serve it at festive occasions. Layers of dough, whipped egg whites with currants, and meringue will win over everyone. Be careful not to overbake the pie—the meringue should turn out crisp and golden. I highly recommend trying this pie—you won't regret it. Serve it cooled or slightly warm.
