Valentine's Day White Chocolate Pie
Description
The recipe won't take much time. When mixing the dough, you can replace 1 tablespoon of flour with 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder; this will result in chocolate dough that beautifully contrasts with white chocolate. The recipe is designed for a 28 cm diameter pan, or you can make two small pies. Store the finished pie in a sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Serve cooled or slightly warm.
