
Banana Pie with Corn Flour
Description
If you replace sugar with a sugar substitute, this pie can be enjoyed by those who suffer from diabetes. As well as for those who follow a dietary diet. If desired, you can make the pie with the addition of wheat and corn flour, in a ratio of 1:1 — it will also turn out very tasty. Can be served with tea or coffee.

Prepare the necessary ingredients for making a banana pie with cornmeal.

Break chicken eggs into a suitable bowl, add sugar and mix the ingredients with a whisk.

Pour in the kefir at room temperature. Stir to combine.

Add the corn flour, cinnamon, and baking powder. Mix the ingredients thoroughly.

Add chopped walnuts and 1 banana cut into pieces. Gently mix the batter.

Pour the batter into a silicone mold. If using a different mold, grease it with oil or line it with parchment paper.

Peel one banana and cut it lengthwise into 2 pieces, then cut each piece in half again. Place on the dough. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 180°C for 40–45 minutes.
