Pie with alicha
Description
The baking is prepared simply and quickly. I offer a recipe for making a rich, yeasted dough with kefir. Baked goods made with this dough turn out wonderful. Today I have a pie with alacha in the shape of a daisy. You can use dry or fresh yeast. You will need three times less dry yeast. From this dough you can bake buns, pies, rolls, challah, roulades. It can be served with tea or coffee.
