Lazy Fish Pie
Description
Perfect for tea and coffee. You can use yeast dough for this pie, but kefir-based dough works better. The consistency should be like thick sour cream, and it's better to place the filling inside. You can use any canned fish: mackerel, sardines, sardinella, or even sprats.

Step 1

1. An excellent and very simple pie recipe. We'll use canned fish as the filling—delicious and inexpensive.

Step 2

2. Mix the dough using kefir, eggs, and flour. You can add a little baking soda neutralized with vinegar or baking powder to make the dough softer and fluffier. The dough should have the consistency of thick sour cream. Grease the baking dish thoroughly with butter, then pour the dough into it.

Step 3

3. In a separate dish, mash the canned fish with a fork, removing any excess bones. Grate the cheese and mix it with the fish. Add mayonnaise to taste.

Step 4

4. Place the filling and pour the remaining batter over it—this will make a closed pie. Put it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees and bake at 180 degrees for about 35–40 minutes.
